My friend insisted we pick this hotel, and he was right. The only complaint would hold true for most Mazatlan hotels, lots of traffic noise, but there probably were rooms with less noise than ours. However our fourth floor room had a lovely view of the pool and beach (and hot tub! bonus) screened through palm leaves which afforded us... More

We have been going to this fine resort for over 20 years and it's as good as ever. The people at the hotel are very helpful and the service is terrific. For the resort being as old as it is, the rooms, pools, resturants are maintained well. Although the Emerald Bay Resort is beautiful, we would much rather stay at... More

We arrived for the 8th time this year at the end of Janurary to find a noticeful change in Service at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes for a front desk clerk to look up from a journal to help us. At check out we arrived at the front desk to find one desk clerk to help 8 people... More

My husband and I bought a timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan several years ago and have never regretted our decision. Every year is a given that we will visit in February to enjoy the colors, accomadations and hospitality. We feel as though we are family when we arrive and are always sad to leave. The staff and accommodations are first... More

When you arrive at the resort, they make you feel like family. The bar, looking over the beach, when the sun is about to set. When the windows are open and the slight wind is blowing through the bar.... you can use the spa, walk on thebeach, be as busy as you want to, or just enjoy the peace.... this... More

Just returned from a two week stay in Mazatlan. We have been going to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan for the last twenty years and would not stay anywhere else. The people of Mazatlan are always friendly and we have always felt very safe walking the streets at any time day or night. The staff of Pueblo Bonito treat you like family... More

We spent the first week of january at the PBM resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a studio with a kitchenette which was very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The resort is obviously not new, but it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were lucky enough to have an ocean view room, and enjoyed watching the sunset... More

This was my first visit to Mexico and it was wonderful. This resort was SO nice - I could not believe that the property was 30 years old, it was beautiful. It was such a relaxing experience, just what I had hoped for while visiting Mazatlan. More

My husband and I have decided that as Mazatlan has been our favorite Mexican destination. I'm sure this is largely due to the excellent experience we've had at the Pueblo Bonito. It is a little older and shows its age in some areas but it is also what makes it so charming. We went to this hotel for the first... More

The first thing that we always enjoy about Pueblo Bonito in Mazatlan is that we know we'll see the beach and ocean, (that includes sunsets), every visit. Next, the staff is so warm and friendly as are the beach vendors. If you wish them to come up to you, they will, but otherwise, they stay away. Speaking of beach vendors,... More
