We love this place. What they post in their website is the actual what to expect of the beach hotel. The staff is friendly, huge food serving and especially for kids sharing is good to avoid waste even you're all inclusive. We stayed there for 2 weeks in March, and look foward to our trip next year! The only problem was with ants, so they gave us a can of raid!I read complaints about the mattresses, but they were all replaced while we were there. more

We stayed here 10 days at the end of February. We were in room 351 of the 4 story low rise section. I reccomend not staying in this room. It is very near the waterfall and they turn it on at 830am and it is very noisy, so if you plan on sleeping in late, you are out of luck.... more
