This hotel was alright from a cleanliness perspective, but other than that, you don't get much in the way of confort. The beds are rock hard and the ammenities are anything but great. The grounds are fairly well kept and the pool is useable. I would Suggest this hotel for young people on a budget who are going to be... more

Las Palmas was definately a 2 star Hotel. I do not remember seeing any cockroaches, however our stay was several years ago. The biggest complaint we had was the lack of security and every night non guests would show up and party around the pool. They were loud and disrespectful and the management would do nothing to keep them away.... more

I won the trip so I had no option to upgrade hotels. I had no idea it would be like that. The building looks ok from the outside but the rooms are nothing special. The pool was very nice though as well as the landscape. Every morning an exterminator would come and spray outside our door. When we would open... more

This hotel was more than terrible and is nothing like their webpage. We had sewer gases coming up the drains, the pools were green - one had a mouse in it. There were open sewer holes outside. Need I say more? more

Never again

We stayed at the Los Palmas for 2 weeks, and it was not a trip I would care to repeat. Yes it was cheap, but you still expect some standard of hygiene. Our first room was dirty, the toilet overflowed, and the door lock was broken. We were moved to another room, (where the toilet only leaked) after alot of... more
