The service and the staff were wonderful. Some rooms left a bit to be desired as they were on the corner and very windy, no insulation in the windows...we were freezing..however there was no problem changing the room. My wife and I stayed here from 11-23 through 12-5. From check-in to check-out it was great. They gave us an upgraded room on the 10th floor corner with panoramic views of the ocean. Have stayed here 12 times for 2 wks. at a time in last 15 yrs. Great for a Mexican style hotel, but definitely not a 5-star resort.
