We visited the Riviera Beach Hotel Resort for a week over the past New Year's. It was unfortunately disappointing. The staff are very nice but useless at getting things done and managing the lineups at check-in and check-out. They were very busy over the break and understaffed so it took a while to get drinks outside or to order dinner.... more
