Just came back from PBEB. It was the week after the storm but seems everything is all right. Front desk, bell boys, concierge, pool area and gym/spa staff, waiters, gardeners, housekeeping, maintenance engineers and bus drivers were always polite and helpful. The staff were very attentive to our needs and requests. The spa had a leakage from the ceiling one... more

This was our 2nd trip to PMEB. Overall, it was an excellent experience. As numerous reviews note, this hotel is isolated from much of the rest of Mazatlan -- so if you want to experience the "town" you will need to take the shuttle to the other PB (or stay elsewhere), but if you are looking for a relaxing vacation... more

We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort June 13-18, 2009. We received a travel promotion which included a 5 nt. free stay at this resort. What a fantastic deal! We are a family of 4, and the room was a Junior Suite. After doing some research on tripadvisor, I requested an upper floor room. So glad I did,... more

This is a time share hotel, Even if you don't plan to invest, do it anyway, it's a free trip. The resturant has pretty good service, food is fancy but taste great. Always tip your servers, even if its a $1, this is how they make their living. Great rooms, great pool, excellent service. If you do sailing, ask for... more

My wife and I just returned from a week at P.B Emerald Bay. I have stayed at Riu's, Bahia, Iberostar, Grand Oasis, Dreams and Sheraton throughout Mexico and this was the best resort I have ever visited hands down. IMO when rating a Mexican resort you generally remove 1 star from the rating to equal a U.S hotel or resort... more

Where do I start...We own a RCI timeshare in Hawaii, and decided that airfare would be too expensive, so we chose to go exchange and go to Mexico instead. We wanted to stay away from the Gulf side and sought a relaxing atmosphere instead of a party. We chose PBEbay mainly because we thought that the resort website photos and... more

We stayed for 1 week and realized we didn't even need the overpriced van we rented. It is about 20 mins from the city but no worries becuase they have a free shuttle that takes you from the resort to the other PB in Mazatlan where you can do local shopping, eat in local restaurants etc. The pools were magnificent.... more
