We have stayed here the past four years and have always enjoyed our time here. The staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel is really starting to show a lot of wear and tear and is in need of a major remodel. I am a mayan owner we recently stayed at the sea garden the room I had smelt of mold .I found most of the staff snobby and felt un welcome. All the tourist were mexican did not have many american guest at all.I can recall about 4 Iwont go back again. more

Spent a week at Sea Garden and found all adequate. The main bedroom is cramped and the second "bedroom" is truly SMALL. However, all is clean and the beach is wonderfull. The Mayan Sea Garden is wonderful - great pool/great beach. Nice workout facility. Clean rooms. THe only downside is food/restaurant service - it was pretty slow most of the time. We would highly recommend. more
