The Sheraton Resort is a beautiful resort with all the amenities. The resort is located on the ocean and has a gorgeous pool. The beach access is rocky but beautiful. There are several restaurants and bars at the resort, and it is within walking distance of downtown Puerto Vallarta. more

This hotel is not perfect but it is convenient and authentic. There is a chance to get into town quickly on the bus that leaves every 2-3 minutes from in front of the hotel, the pools are clean and large. We do not eat here but many excellent eating places are nearby. Convenience store and Internet across the busy street.... more

This was our third time staying at this resort. We were in Tower A building. Magnificant view from the balcony. We really like the resort's location....a short walk to the Malecon, so you don't have to take the bus. It is also an easy walk to Mega superstore to get grocery and drinks. Hotel was great...we had to move there from one that sucked and was under construction. Pool was great. Nice clubs nearby. Recommend going to Cancun instead! more

named own price on priceline and got the sheraton for $64 a night plus tax. then hotel upgraded us to the starwood member floor which had rooms with huge balconies. if you are staying at this hotel ask for the 14th floor with the ocean view. the balconies are huge and the view is fantastic. when naming your own price... more

We took a chance and visited PV during the off season. Yes, there were many restaurants closed and fewer activity options, but for the most part it was awesome. Never had to wait to get service anywhere or a lounge chair by the pool. Everywhere we went people gave us amazing service because their opportunities to impress others were few... more

We were on a beach holiday, so the fact that the beach was full of rocks and not useable was a let down. The lobby and adjacent areas are very beautiful - nice decor - it is a shame that the rooms are not in same style and the shower was pretty old. The room's tile floors and white furniture... more

I read the negative reviews on this place and do not doubt a word of it. However I have been staying here for nearly five years and the place has really grown on me. I stay for five nights at least 3 times a year. The place is like a home away from home. It is not the most modern... more
