From what I can tell the Los Tules is a combination of Hotel units, time shares, and condos. We stayed in the Royal Holiday part of the Los Tules which faces the front of the resort. We are Royal Holiday members. We stayed at the Park Royal location. This resort is large but the grounds are very well maintained. Seven pools and two restaurants. We were in a one bedroom suite with full kitchen. All kitchen appliances including both bathrooms were very ancient and poor condition. The toilets didn't flush well and the sink water line... more

The resort is beautifully maintained and a great place for a peaceful vacation .......but only if you can dodge the relentless pestering from the TIMESHARE staff who are disguised BEHIND THE CONCEIRGE DESK.
