We stayed here one night because our timeshare did not start until one day after our flight arrived.
The is a nice simple clean property very well located just off the main boulevard (Medina Ascencio) through Puerto Vallarta. It has a rooftop pool but we didn't try it out. Rooms include a nice breakfast from the cafe next door, in the common courtyard. Our room was small but the air conditioner worked! Staff was polite and helpful and spoke sufficient English.
Can't beat the price.
