Booked through Westjet Vacations which gave us a Standard Garden View Room. The room had black mold in the closets and bathroom. The bed was soaken wet for some reason? Couldn't breathe due to the mold so asked to be moved. Couldn't move us until the next day and even then then they charged us $25 U.S. more per night.... more

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. We had an awesome view as well. I really recommend this hotel. Another nice thing about this hotel is there is a rock wall just off shore so it keeps the water pretty smooth and it seems safer. We would definitely stay here again. more
