We have been going to PV every year since 1989 and this year chose Casa Andrea based on previous reviews. Some of earlier reviews mentioned loud noises at night, and the owner's unruly dogs and a vicious cat. We never saw the dogs or cats and heard only occasional noises at night. Only problem we had sleeping was the loud... More

We stayed here a couple of years ago, in April of 2010 actually, but I have been meaning to write a review since then. We loved Casa Andrea. We called the day that we planned to arrive and were able to book a room. We asked for 2 beds because we were travelling with our 4 year old daughter and... More

We chose Casa Andrea as the location for our family reunion over Christmas/New Year's. Friends who stay here each year highly recommended it it to us and it exceeded our expectations. We wanted a place that was charming and quintessential Mexico, rather than a large hotel where we would have to battle for a pool chair each morning. Casa Andrea... More

Casa Andrea was a welcoming place from the minute we arrived. Andrea and her staff welcomed us with a cold drink and took us through the amenities. Our room was spacious and airy and we only used the air conditioning about 1/2 hr. every night. Andrea is a great hostess and she answered questions and suggested places to go in... More

We stayed at Casa Andrea for 2 weeks in early March, the staff are very helpful, professional and courteous. The rooms are very spacious with refrigerator, microwave, sink & stove if you want to cook. The beds are comfortable and Andrea is always willing to be of help. The pool is beautiful and there is a hot tub, computer to... More

Pool area gets sun for two hours each day, rooms get no sun, dark, dogs barking day and night, cats meowing, five to seven dogs, three cats on property breakfast good if you don't mind dogs pooping while you eat, or peeing on the table legs...Andrea yelling for her workers constantly while shouting at dogs to stop barking.could hear everything... Warm and friendly atmosphere in a terrific setting of paved courtyards with an "old world" flavor of gracious hospitality. The apartment was large and comfy and spotlessly clean. Daily breakfast varied and could be counted on to be well prepared and tasty, while the dining area setting was casual amidst flowering shrubs. The staff and hosts were very friendly and... More

I was so lucky and happy to spend three weeks in Casa Andrea (after I stayed in the wrong part of town before in a dump). I was in Puerto Vallarta to attend a language school and it was a blessing to stay in this special and beautiful place, with it's peaceful and so beautiful garden/ pool and in my... More

Casa Andrea was one of the most charming hotels I have ever stayed in. I stayed there for a month. It’s relatively small, with balconies overlooking this beautiful courtyard with lots of flowers, trees, and a swimming pool. The hotel is more like a pensione than a hotel. Wonderful breakfasts are included and the rooms are spacious. It’s located in... More
