We had a wonderfull time and were thoroughly impressed with the Hacienda Alemana. It was the last days of our vacation and we wanted to stay in old town to see the sight and enjoy the nightlife. Nice short walk to the beach and surrounded by all that is old town. more

Wow. A very modern guesthouse in the middle of the Zona Romantica. I loved the construction - all thick, solid wood and stone. Every time we passed through the solidly made portals of H. Alemana we were greeted with a lovely private courtyard restaurant and tinkling fountains. H. Alemana is less a B&B than a boutique hotel.
