We were able to reach the hotel by telephone. Needed a Spanish speaker but confirmed for 12/24 - 12/29. We opted for the unremodeled cheaper room and got one upstairs in the front. Tolerable place if no other alternatives are available. Poorly designed bathrooms with limited hot water. Do not buy any extras - they "offered" us coffee and two days and 12 cups later, they charged us $120 Pesos (about $1 US per cup). We expected a charge, but this was extremely high for instant coffee. Too many other good places in... more
