I have stayed at Raul and the Three Marias twice. it is cheap, but very basic (cold water showers). The view from the patio is great and they get regulars coming every year so you can meet lots of people who love to tell you about Zihautenjo and give you ideas/directions on where to go. My partner and I had a fabulous visit to Raul3Marias a few years ago. Although there is no decor to speak of in the concrete rooms, they were so very very clean. We spent most of our time sitting on the spacious communal terrace area reading books and soaking in the sun and peacefulness. This hotel is an excellent value... more
