We spent an amazing honeymoon at El Burro Borracho in April, 1999. We were initially drawn to this part of Mexico after watching the movie, The Shawshank Redemption. If you don't need 4 star or even 3 star accomodations, but want the beach front property, then this is it. I'm sure it is still the cheapest in Troncones, and fairly bare bones, and from what I hear from my friends who were there last year, still dated.
