Stayed at the Fiesta Americana Guadalajara 5 nights for a business trip. Hotel room and bathroom was a little older than I expected - but overall it was a nice stay. Rooms were very clean. i have stayed here twice. i am not very impressed. the service is sooo slow. they use old fashioned credit card machines where they copy your card. it takes FOREVER to check in and check out. then they leave your credit card copies (with full card number) up on the reception desk where anyone could come could come by and... more

We went to Guadalajara for a wedding, and we stayed one weekend. The hotel is very old, old decor, old carpets, old everything! The elevator very very slow, the rooms average, the staff helpful. The better thing is te location, but for "fiesta americana" I expected more.... more

I've stayed at this hotel at least twenty times over last 10 years on airline layovers and once on family vacation. The neighborhood is safe and short cab ride or walking distance to many good restaurants, movie theater(english w/spanish subtitles),shopping mall.
