Casa Carcamanes has one of the best rates going around . We arrived in guanajuato with no reservations anywhere also the ads fail to mention you have to go mountain climbing to get to these hostels. Casa carcamanes charges 300pesos a night and includes breakfast. breakfast is almost everything on their menu.in the lobby is a beautiful little water fountain... more
At first the Casa seemed charming, so did Guanajuato at first. The problem is that the maintenance on Casa Carcamanes ended years ago and it is falling apart.
