i loved what happened to the Holiday Inn Plaza Universidad with their brand adquisition, what a renovation! wow it does not even let you recognize or remember the hotel it was before!

unfortunatelly their staff is not well trained, and basically in the F&B area service is lousy, very lousy, no standards, it took 45 min to get a plate of french toast that had a strong onion taste, the manager was around and he managed well to skip talking to me, even when i asked to talk to him. more
