Rooms, restaurant and hotel lobby have been renewed recently, so everything looks great. The staff is helpful. For the location, I expected a bit lower prices. At walking distance, you got two metro stations and the possibility to go all around Mexico City.

Modern and clean installations. Good restaurant, but a little expensive for what they offer. The main issue is that there are no minibar in the rooms. People were very respectfull and measured no efforts to give you a nice stay.

For work this hotel was reasonable location, 8 minutes walk from Subway zapata. Room was large, with very large bed with interesting red accent lighting around the wall. Bathroom was always immaculately replenished of towels and toiletries every day, corridor was quiet if you put the sign on your door. Strange athmosphere ... feeling of cold especially in the restaurant ... clean and secure, but like a "Ufo" in that quarter ... staff was ambivalent, very kind and helpy to having no clue ... over all average
