A lovely, tranquil property. Stylish, large rooms. Typical Four Seasons in every way, from the impeccable service, to the decor, to the elegance. The courtyard is especially beautiful and a great place to have a late breakfast buffet. I normally don't like breakfast buffets but this one is not only really good but also is clearly a big draw among... more

Hotel was fantastic. Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons. Service was prompt and friendly. Location was convenient. A 5 minute walk to Chapultapec Park and a 10 minute walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again. more

Very spacious rooms, overlooking a very pleasant inner courtyard / patio. Extremely quiet, though right on the Paseo de la Reforma. Prefer restaurant "El Bar" to the "Reforma 500" which offers really good dishes at a very decent price for a 5 star hotel. Service and atmosphere in the courtyard are outstanding. more

When we first booked to come to Mexico City our agent booked us into the "W" Hotel, after researching I requested to change the booking to the "Four Seasons" and I am glad I did. We just loved this hotel, the courtyard is gorgeous and we were happy just sitting there having a drink, try the Tortilla soup. We had... more

I have visited Mexico City many times for both purposes, business and vacation. No doubt for me, Four Seasons is the best choice: superb patio, relaxing atmosphere, excellent service and great location. Rooms are excellent, as well. more

Stayed for 3 nights in an executive suite overlooking courtyard. Booked this type of accommodation as thought it would be quiet. When we arrived at 9pm and were shown to our 6th floor room, you could clearly hear loud music coming from courtyard. I asked if we could have the windows closed (curtains were drawn so couldn't see) and was... more

Lovely hotel, enjoy staying there if it were not for the nickel and diming. You have internet connection in your room but at $240 pesos ($18-$20 USD approx) per day . In the business center they tell you it is only $4 pesos a minute. Time to long on, it is not very fast, time goes by quickly on line and... more

The hotel looks like a grand old place that could use updating. The courtyard was beautiful, the restaurant/bar was impressive and the service outstanding...Hard to ignore the security personnel...everywhere...and I felt uncomfortable walking around the block... more

The rooms and decor were elegant. I have to admit that the restaurant food and room service were poor-- about the level of a cheap motel. more
