Our stay at Presidente Intercontinental was pleasant from start to finish. The club lounge has a great selection of complementary drinks and food. The Room was clean and with a nice view to the park. Have stayed at the JW for 20 nights or so over the last 9 months; so perhaps I have been spoiled. The service here is average, but definetly not five star.
