The hotel it self was decent, pool on top roof was great. Service from staff was horrible. I arrived around 6am, I was not welcome by the front desk and not even a bellman help me or my daughter with our luggages. even though he was standing right next to us. You need a key to open the minibar, which... More

An excellent hotel with attentive staff although some could not speak fluent English. We were a family of 3 adults, we were given a spacious bedroom with 2 large double beds. The bedroom was a generous size without any feeling of being cramped and the bathroom was pretty large too. The breakfast menu was the same each day, with minor... More

Friendly helpful desk staff, but things at this hotel failed to work so often that it was really frustrating. Bad electrical outlet and non-working hair dryer in our room. Door card keys that REPEATEDLY failed to work requiring back and forth from the 9th floor. I had keys remade nearly every day and so did my friends. One of two... More

Great hotel for the money. Super clean hotel with decent rooms. Pool on the roof with amazing views and for all those internet complaints i read FREE INTERNET with a drink purchase on the roof and from what i saw they never changed the password all week. Also i found free unlocked wifi from our room just outside the hotel... More

Decent hotel for the price $42.00 canadian, booked directly with the hotel, nice lobby, friendly check-in clean room, flat screen TV, bed fairly hard. Bathroom clean with shower only. Room had hardwood floors which was a nice touch instead of walking on dirty carpet and the bath had a tile floor. Wifi is not free and is fairly expensvie. Did... More

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of a tour of Mexico. The room was clean and plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the omelettes particularly good. We did not use the hotel restaurant in the evenings so can't comment on that. There are shops and restaurants close by and it is also easy walking distance... More

I spent 3 nights in Mexico staying at this hotel, and enjoyed my stay in general. The location is convenient, it is just near the Reforma Boulevard, 15 min walking distance to the central square Zocalo and 20 min to Antropology museum. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the window was dirty though (perhaps due to some road construction... More

The hotel is clean and quiet with a good breakfast. The location is central, but not necessarily from a tourist perspective. They allow peddlers and annoying taxi hawkers outside of the main entrance -- by the end of the trip, I was really sick of people trying to sell me something every time I entered and exited the hotel. The... More

Stayed in Casa Blanca hotel for only one night at the end of our trip in Mexico. Location of the hotel is very good – in Zona Rosa, close to Paseo de la Reforma and between historical center (Zocalo) and Anthropology museum. Rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped well. But at the morning we were disappointed – right down our... More
