I stayed here on a Business Trip because of its location close to the Mexican Senate. Breakfast is simply amazing and the rooms -though very noisy- are somewhat ample and comfortable, especially the beds. You can hear everything on the hallways. However, the staff was awful. Do not trust anyone at this hotel save for Mr Manuerl. Front desk manager... More

I appreciate the time taken to send us your feedback. I've had feedback with Mr. Plácido and the front desk staff and bell boys. I will give more training to employees to take responsibility for the care and satisfaction of our guests. It saddens me that such a situation has affected their perception of Hotel Emporio Reforma. I invite you... More

I have been staying at the Emporio for years and would not consider changing to another. I have stayed at more than a dozen high end and medium priced hotels in DF, and have not found a better hotel. The rooms are exceptionally nice and well appointed. The staff is extremely attentive. After my first stay it was a year... More

We stayed here for 5 nights over the new year and it was perfect. Quiet (even though it's located right on Reforma), exceptionally clean, and a soft bed. We stumbled back to the hotel most nights in dire need of some unwinding and the nice TV with ample HBO channels allowed us to rest and recharge before setting out each... More

I stayed in this hotel for like 8 different times from 2005 to 2009, all for business. I always enjoyed the service and the amenities, breakfast is good and the coffee shop is REALLY good. It close to pretty much everything and the only con would be the room sizes which are small but comfortable.

The hotel looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Room was spacious and clean. Very nice staff all around. Close to all the attractions. Easy access to public transportation. Several restaurants located within walking distance where you can enjoy lots of tasty food. Pharmacy is located two blocks from the hotel in case you need some medicine or water.... More

We hosted our wedding in Mexico City in November of 2011 ... our family members stayed at this hotel and we stayed the night of the wedding. The service was great and they met our every need. Higher-end hotel centrally located. Breakfast options left a little to be desired but it’s easy enough to walk down the block and take care of yourself properly. Rooms were comfortable a reasonably updated – same with lobby area. Staff was great – very helpful and welcoming. If you don’t mind a little walk you can get on the train easily... More

The hotel is well located if you are on vacation, in the Paseo de la reforma. I loved the atmosphere and decor and it is very well maintained. Good wi fi at... More

The Emporio Reforma is a medium sized boutique hotel nicely situated on the Paseo Reforma. If you are reasonably fit, you can walk to the Zocalo for a day of site seeing or alternatively you can walk the other way to the Museo de Antropologia. Taxi rides to either destination should run you about $150 pesos more or less. (save... More
