It has been 2 years since I last went to Mexico City and this hotel has not changed in that time. And that is a good thing. I find the staff to be very friendly, and very willing to communicate in English. I am sure the restaurant manager did not recognize me, but she acted like I was a long... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August 2009 to attend the USA vs. Mexico World Cup Qualifier at the Estadio Azteca. Wonderful staff, very friendly, and they let me check in early after my red eye flight. Room was nice size, bed was a bit hard, but it didn't bother me much. Nice size bathroom. Great shower.... more

The hotel was in a great place. We had a view of the Liberty Angel from our hotel room. We didn't expect any extras and didn't get any. The breakfast was good. The restaurant in the hotel on the bottom floor was great. Pricey but worth it. The driver that was hired for us (Humberto Fernandez) was fantastic. He took... more

When we booked our stay at the Galaria Plaza Hotel with hotels.com, we were promised a promotion which the hotel was running of a free dinner for two and a complementary bottle of wine. This was actually the reason that we chose this hotel. When we arrived, the hotel said that, although they had the promotion, they would not give... more

We stayed here 2 nights. Nice hotel, modern furniture, clean, good breakfast, nice hotel bar, good central location. However on the first night it was extremely cold, the air conditioning, although set on heat (30 degrees) would still blow only cold air. On the second night the temperature was much better, I don't know how come. In the bathroom it... more

We stayed here upon our arrival in MC, after a trip from New York, and before exploring the country. Travelling with 2 children, aged 7 & 10. We had a great time, with excellent service from all staff, who assisted us where necessary, always with a smile. Location was good, near Chapultepec Perc, great for the kids, and in the... more
