The quality of the accommodation is excellent, and the hotel is very well located for restaurants. Not so well located for sightseeing as you have to take a taxi everywhere. We were there on holiday, but I imagine it is well located for business trips. more

We stayed here on Marriott rewards points, so I can't really comment on value for money, but the hotel is very comfortable, with wonderful service. It is very conveniently located walking distance from the wonderful Anthropology Museum and is also on the loop made by the Tour-a-bus open top red tourist buses. The children enjoyed the pool, especially the little... more

We just returned from 2 weeks in Mexico and stayed at JW Marriott in Mexico City, Casa Misha in San Miguel de Allende and the Rosewood Mayakoba in Riviera Maya. We were a family of 6 – 2 parents, 2 grand-parents and 2 kids – and all vegetarians. We started off at the JW Marriott in Mexico City where we... more

I have stayed at this hotel three times for both business and pleasure, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel is situated in a very exclusive part of Mexico City - very similar to the upper east side of Manhattan. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, even as I attempt to speak... more

Hotel is really very good and all staff is very friendly and professional and well trained. JWM is located in a residential area frequently patrolled by police so you feel safe going out in that neighbourhood, The hotel features are quite good (swimming pool, lobby and rooms..very clean and very well maintained) don't miss buffet breakfast one of the best... more

We spent six wonderful nights in the Marriott, arriving just before the Mexico City began shutting down for the flu epidemic. After attending a beautiful wedding on our second day in the city, we spent most of our time in the hotel, because everything else was closed and everyone was avoiding crowds. We considered leaving Mexico with other tourists, but... more

I travel often for work and stay in nice hotels (200+ nights a year). I have never received the quality or service that we did at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpfull. The hotel is simply excellent. We stayed two nights at the end of a couple of weeksin and around Mexico. This was our last stop before back to London and we went out on a high. Amazingly enough the airport taxi took us to the wrong hotel - fortunately it was the WW next door so we were close enough... more
