Stayed here for five days with my girlfriend in the middle of June 2013. We found a good deal by using one of the many hotel search engines on the web, and managed to get a very good price for our stay. From the airport it took about 20 minutes with an authorized taxi which costed $ 250 Mexican Pesos.... More

Stayed here for 4 days in May 2013. Doesnt look much from street but rooms are clean and modern. Noisy air conditioning unit was only complaint....but for $50 a night you just cant go wrong. Location is good with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and 30 minutes walking distance to the historic centre or nearby underground station another option.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on my first trip to Mexico City and felt that it's an excellent value. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and gladly recommend it to friends. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and modern and the location was decent. The price was excellent for what you... More

We stayed here for two nights, however should have stayed here for our whole trip. It's nice, new and clean with nice staff to help us out. Wifi only works in the foyer and despite giving us three different remote controls, we couldn't get the TV to work at all. It's not a big walk to restaurants and downtown which... More

We are pleased to read that the treatment that you received from our staff was the one which actually we want to project to all our guests. The location of the hotel is one of our strengths. Located just at steps from the two most important avenues of Mexico, Reforma and Insurgentes. It is the ideal spot to begin to... More

My husband and I were in Mexico City for a course and for some tourism for about 15 days. We chose El Ejecutivo based on TripAdvisor ratings, and the price. The location was also close to other very nice, international hotels: Holiday Inn Express, Marriott, etc. I've seen some complaints about the hotel being too far from any Metro stations.... More

We stayed while they are completing the renovations to the outside paving and its very nice inside! Only bummer about the room is like other reviewers say no fridge and portable aircondiotioner is VERY loud. Location I would say its not as great as everyone says, if you have a bit more cash to spend than $50 USD a night... More

It's good to know that we were the best choice for your stay in the city of Mexico and that the service seemed remarkable. We are also glad that you found our location convenient. Regarding the windows we would like to mention that due to safety regulations, we felt the need to put cracks in the kind referred to reshape... More

Our family of ten rented three rooms, they gave us the the rooms in a row and on the same floor. It was very clean, had bottles of water in the bathroom, beds were comfy and the in-closet safe worked. The rooms on the 4th floor looked like they had been recently remodeled. The only negative would be that the... More

First time visitors to Mexico City. Found Hotel el Ejecutivo on the internet, liked the pictures but also the very reasonable price. Located on quiet side street. When we arrived, the staff was great, professional, very friendly and helpful (we do not speak Spanish). Room was exactly like the pictures! Appreciate the bottles of water every day and housekeeping was... More

Pros - proximity to interesting places - easy to locate Cons - noisy bed spring/frame, can't turn without waking up your spouse/partner (oh yes also neighbors, as walls are super thin) - housekeeping done always at 16.30 (3days in a row, even after repeatedly complaining to the front desk), when you've arrived for a short nap (jet lagged) after the... We have had bad experience with El Ejecutivo. Our room was on the 13th floor which had a good view of the city, however the room standard was very poor. Even though it was a non smoking room, the ventilation was very poor and we had the smell of smoke in our room. The sound insulation was also bad and... More

We feel very sorry to know you did not enjoy your latest experience with us. As most establishments in Mexico City, it is forbidden to smoke inside our building. However there is the occasional guest that does not respect the rules, which pains us deeply. When these actions are detected they become immediately stopped however, due to the privacy our...
