I literally loved everything about this hotel, from its location, to its friendly, courteous staff to its plush rooms. I met some nice people at the tequila hour at the bar and even tried some new drinks. I enjoyed doing business in the comfortable livingroom in my room and had a wonderful experience at the local restaurant. I would definitely... more

The hotel is located at a corner near some nice restaurants and is within walking distance of a shopping mall. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and free appetizers were provided during happy hour. I think the staff was competent and friendly enough. more

Stayed here for 4 nights during a 'quieter' time in Mexico City due to Easter. The hotel is located on the magnificant La Reforma and it's superb to walk up and down this, admiring all of the statues that Mexico City seems to have so many of, plus watch business people come and go from the numerous skyscrapers. Although not... more

If you are a tourist, choose the Sheraton or some other hotel in the historic district. The Embassy suites is not convenient for tourists. It is much easier to take the touribus or metro if you stay in the historic district. At the Embassy suites, you will have to take hotel taxis everywhere and these are three to four times... more

I stayed here after spending two nights at the Four Seasons and that may have colored my impression. This is a modern hotel in a business area. The room is nice and new looking, although there appeared to be a blood stain on the bathroom tile and the grout around the tub was a bit dirty. Minor issues overall, but... more

My 17-year old daughter and I stayed for a week. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The concierge arranged daily Spanish classes for us. The concierge staff also planned several outings for us. In addition, the breakfast was first class; it included an ample selection of fruits, juices, smoked salmon and an omelet station. The suites were large and... more

Embassy Suites Hotel Mexico City - Reforma The former building of the Ministry of Hydraulic Resources, an architectonic beauty of the last century, is now an earthquake-reinforced structure with the beauty of the XXI Century. Breakfast has a wide choice of items. Very strategic location. Very personal attention and friendly staff. During my staying the "high speed" internet was kind... more

Our second stay at this hotel. And it is good, a bit expensive for two persons, but a great value if you are a family of four! The breakfast is really good. The manager’s reception has declined a bit since our first stay a year ago, when we actually got food! Don’t count on it as a meal - it... more
