In the hall, they proudly announce they were rewarded as the best hotel in Mexico for 2 consecutive years. However, the rooms are quite small and in the smoking section like elsewhere, you cannot open windows. Coffee machine, water are not free. There is no parking. Internet is expensive, except for the free PC downstairs, with a derelict mouse. Staff... more

This is an updated modern hotel very conveniently located in the historical district. If you get a good price, it's worth the stay. Downsides to this hotel are problems with electricity going out. Also, you need to insert your card key into a holder to have electricity to the room. Unfortunately, when you leave, the power is lost to the... more

We were in Mexico City for sightseeing and the location of the NH is just perfect. I don't know why everybody seems to recommend the area of Zona Rosa, when I think that the Centro Historico is a much better location. Guess it depends about your nightlife activities, we were rather tired from running around all day, so it's great... more

This hotel is extremely convenient. Very centrally located. We walked about 2 to 3 blocks and we were in Zocalo. Adjacent and connected to Starbucks coffee. My husband and I checked into a room with 2 single beds. I had no problem with the bed but my husband complained the bed was too firm. The shower was a little tricky.... more

Good central city hotel - clean, comfortable, close to the Zocalo but wasn't bothered by noise. Modern, so don't expect huge amount of character, but staff friendly and helpful, and a good place to stay if you just want somewhere solid to stay in the city. Restaurant quite bland but fine. more

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in our first visit to Mexico city. The location of the hotel is nice since it is pretty close to the Zocalo. However, there are not many restaurants around. Next time that we go to Mexico city we will stay close to the Reforma Avenue, which is still considered the historical district.... more

Great location in the Zona Rosa. Good value. Room was clean and pleasant. Service is OK but definitely not on a par with the NH hotel in Puebla. more

You know more or less what to expect from the NH chain, a bit like Starbucks. But I have stayed in better hotels of this chain (NH Puebla, and NH Embajada in Madrid). Maybe they have better rooms here but mine is small, almost claustrophobic. Staff have several times just walked into the room, without knocking. The bathroom: NARROW, you... more
