This is one of my favorite business hotels. It is a great location for me (I can walk to our office from here). It is in the business distict, and a very short cab ride to a nice shopping mall (if you need this). there are several restaurants close by, and I usually go out for dinner, but the dinner... more

The Camino Real Santa Fe is a convenient business hotel if your meetings are taking place in the Santa Fe neighborhood. The interior design is very pleasant (see bedroom picture), and the food, very good. I did not experience issues with customer service as reported by other travellers. more

Stayed at the Camino Real for the second time now and sure the service is not the best, it has improved a lot. This hotel is just recently bought by the Camino Real group, so the management is still "working" on improving the service I feel. The rooms are nice, clean and fairly spacious. The shower/bathroom is fine. The location... more

I never have the time or desire to write a hotel review except for this time. I think is fair that everybody that is considering this place to lodge should know some facts and the inability of this people to solve issues. I rented a room for 1 night along with my family of 3. I was waken up at... more

I have to say that this hotel has a very bad service! I would go any other hotel in the zone of Santa Fe before this one. Staff and specialy the night manager is rude! Expect to wait literraly 2 hours for room service! more

This is a cool looking, new, modern hotel in the biz district of Santa Fe. Be aware that this is far removed from any tourist activities. Room was very clean, and cool design... although a bit akwardly arranged. Lighting was a bit poor in the room at night... during the day, floor to ceiling windows remedy. Nice shower. Very confortable... more

We stayed in this hotel for a work trip to mexico city. The hotel is very modern and stylish, the rooms are large and the fit and finish is above average. The room we got had two double beds, a good size work table, a comfortable sitting chair, plenty of wadrobe space, an iron and board in room, a good... more

I recently stayed here for a conference. The hotel is pretty new, and the staff is very attentive and polite. The rooms themselves are very "mod" - a bit on the dark side, for my taste, but lots of nice fixtures. Santa Fe is FAR from the center of Mexico City, but if you have to be in this neighborhood... more

Hotel Vesta is located in the very new Santa Fe area. The hotel is modern and extremely clean. Staff is friendly and while there are a good number that don't speak english, they make a strong effort to communicate with you and meet your needs. There are some kinks with the hotel- because it is so new, the Sky Bar... more
