They have 3 different list for rooms availability! Upon arrival, they have no record of my reservation on desk computer. I ask for any available room say there's something in the computer let my check ... against a sheet of paper with colors! no sorry already taken but not yet in the computer. We had booked an hotel in Oaxaca through Travelocity but upon arrival our original choice was being refurbished and we were redirected to the nearby Misión de los Angeles - more expensive but no complaints. My partner and I chose the Hotel Misión de los Angeles only because it was the only hotel that had availability during the busy holiday time. We spent four days at the hotel and enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfasts each morning. The grounds of the hotel are pleasant.
