The hotel was charming and the staff went out of their way to help us with dinner recommendations, reservations and private tours. Breakfast was served in the inside patio with a complete buffet of a variety of Mexican dishes or else an American Breakfast of fresh fruit, delicious o.j., cereals, or eggs to order. The hotel was a great addition to our experience in Oaxaca. It was roomy, clean and very well located. But most of all, the staff was so overly accommodating. They also arranged for tours outside the city and their recommendations were excellent. The staff also spoke english which was helpful.
