Though the hotel itself was in an amazing location, and the courtyard was very beautiful, the hotel staff (with one exception) have very poor communication and was very unhelpful. My firstroom was nice and big, but I was moved to this other room that was cramped and also had a weird urine smell in the bathroom (as the other person mentioned). Overall, for such an expensive hotel, I expected to have staff that had a basic understanding of english and better service overall.
