We booked by telephone from our previous hotel in Oaxaca and were told the price we would pay, however, when we checked in they told us we could have a special festive rate and charged us 20% less. A pretty small hotel with a beautiful garden. However, rooms are cramped, badly lit and poorly furnished (few wardrobe, small shower-room and no AC). Breakfast is 'OK' (a light buffet). Last thing: staff are not really friendly. more

Very comfortable, reasonably spacious rooms with all the usual amenities, built around 2 small, pretty courtyards. The staff are very friendly and helpful, though little if any English is spoken. Only a few blocks from the center of town, but it is very quiet. Nice restaurant. Very good value for money. more
