In general I wouldn't recommend visiting Orizaba at all, it's not the best Mexico has to offer. But if you must go, you can't go wrong with the Holiday Inn.

The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, and the AC works.

The gym is awful, not one piece of equipment is adjustable. My older laptop could not get a decent net connection from my room. I had to use the business center if I wanted to connect to my office. But my coworker had no problems with internet access with his new laptop.
