We stayed here 23 and 24 July 2004.

The hotel was just about completed.
Superb setting high above Santiago Tuxtla on national road to San Andreas Tuxtla.
Some road noise from heavy vehicles climbing hill.
Good beds.
Effective air conditioning.
Poorly designed bathrooms - Loo roll dispenser hidden under wash basin.
Poor food (breakfast and snack).
Poorly trained, though willing and very helpful staff.

Needs a shake up and management input.
