I don't ask for much in a hotel. The mould on the bathroom wall didn't bother me. But I do insist on an internet connection. As advertised, there was wireless access in the lobby, BUT ONLY ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET for laptop users!! And when the electronic key card didn't work, a helpful staff member showed me how to use it. Ignore the instructions on the card and just (a) wipe it on your shirt, (b) jiggle it up and down in the slot. Reminded me of an episode of the Beverly Hillbillies in which Jethro explained how to get the TV to work: "Just spit in the back and whomp'er a good'un". more
