The Baluartes looks like nothing on the outside. Located across the street from the ocean - no beach , it's a big hotel with nice rooms clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a parking lot at the back and a pool at the front. Maybe they are fixing up the place outside or maybe not !? A bit pricey too. more
