We went for Christmas 2011. Weve stayed at a few Fiesta Americana Hotels and this one was NOT up to par with the rest! Food was "ok" service was "ok". The hotel overall was just "ok". Their pricing is fair for the value but if your looking for a great hotel this isnt for you. More

Great service from day one. When checking in, we asked if it's possible to get a room upgrade and although they were fully booked, he tired to look for the best room in the superior garden view as that was our original booking. We booked this trip for the value and were pleasantly suprised with how beautiful and clean the property was! Our room over looked the ocean and the pool.
