We stayed at Condesa Dec 13-18 and had a great experience. Our daughters, 10 & 8 also loved it. Hotel clean, convenient and great service all around. Similar to other reviews, we had an issue checking in as they could not accommodate our oceanfront booking. This was very disappointing and we were given a $100 credit for the spa. The room we were given had a view of the ocean, but it was not oceanfront. After that things improved, as the resort is very well laid out... More
