One of the best hotels in Cancun, the staff are very friendly specially the Club level. Worth the money, better value than the all inclusive resorts. Our kids love going back, this our 10th years with the kids and love the friendly fun filled resort.

Everything about this resort was perfect. Service, room cleanliness, beachfront, atmosphere, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Because of its location the ocean tends to be more calm than the ocean fronts along other parts of the Hotel Zone. We would only stay here again during future visits to Cancun.

We spent 4 glorious days and 3 nights in this very nice resort. The spa is amazing! We felt like we had the place all to ourselves; no crowds. End of April is the best time to go!
