Overall the hotel was nice but not excellent. The beach and pool area are awesome. Service was always great, but a little stifling. Everything at the hotel, restaurants, and bar is extremly expensive. CHECK IN was a horrible experience. We booked the room through hotels.com under a room rate that included the breakfast buffet.
