My husband and I stayed here for 4 unforgettable days...the club level is the way to go. They cater to pretty much anything you need. The food service is excellent. We are vegetarians and they made sure that we had enough to eat. Customer service is superb!! Kudos to Edgar and he service staff at the club level. The fitness... more

Went over spring break week with our 8 & 10 year olds. Plenty of kids to play with but did not use the Kids Club due to the expense (1/2 day was around $45per child). Still has a nice beach, great for walking in the waves, waveriding and sandcastles. Two nice pools and a hot tub. Very attentive pool staff... more

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton from April 24 - April 29. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience. The hotel was fabulous, just like other RCs. The rooms were good, nothing spectacular here, but the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and attentive and their service was excellent. The icing on the cake was provided by the... more

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from 4/24-4/27. Overrall we were pleased with our stay, but we felt like this Ritz could have been anywhere. There was nothing Mexican about it from the decor in the lobby to the dining rooms to the rooms to the pool area. We walked around both Aqua and ME, and we found... more

Perhaps it's just that Cancun isn't really my scene (half Vegas and half Fort Lauderdale)... but I was disappointed with my experience here. I travelled to the Ritz last week with my husband and two kids. We booked through Amex platinum and the buffet breakfasts were included (and delicious!) and we received a resort credit. We were told we were... more

My spouse and I stayed at the Ritz in Cancun for 4 days/3 nights in late March. It was unequivocably the best RELAXING vacation we’ve ever taken. Yes, it is expensive…but if you accept that fact going in…you will enjoy your stay much more while you’re there. There’s already been a lot said on here regarding what the Ritz has... more

This is a great hotel, but with some minor changes, it could be so much better. Although it could have just been that it was close to Easter and many kids were off from school, there were a TON of kids roaming the property, which was good because I was traveling with my 6 and 8 year olds. But the... more

This is our second stay at the Ritz Carlton in Cancun and if you are looking for a quite, relaxing, pampering vacation, then this is the place for you. We stayed at Club Level (again) and it doesn't get any nicer. The minute you arrive you are taken to special VIP check-in on the 8th floor where you are greeted... more

Why the Ritz-Carlton in these times? It’s still simply the best deal when you think about what a vacation should mean. I really want to make an argument for this since some people have voted for the Marriott, or an all-inclusive hotel in these reviews. Please scroll to the bottom for some tips. I was so relaxed here that I... more

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Cancun for 3 days in mid-March. If you're willing to shell out the bucks for this quality travel experience, you won't be disappointed. The service is top-class, from the moment you check in until the time of departure. Elegant property, beautifully decorated. Hint: Go to the vine-covered atrium inside the hotel on the 4th... more
