I want to write an accurate review of this resort. I have stayed at many resorts along the Myan coast, and this one is average. There were 6 of us ladies away for a girls getaway. One room was upgraded to a plunge pool. This was very nice. No problems. The other 2 rooms were paid for as ocean view.... more

What else can you want? Great location, with a private beach with beautiful white sand and transparent water. Great service: you can order whatever you want, wherever you are. Plenty of bars and restaurants inside the resort to choose from. Plenty of activities. Nice room. They even have a swimming pool with four dolphins and you can swim with them... more

Dreams Cancun's best quality is the amazing service. As soon as we arrived, we were served champagne while checking in. No matter if you tip or not, the staff is so nice and their kindness seems genuine. Also, the food is really good ! I want to start with the small list of negatives about the hotel. Our room service experience was horrible. We ordered 2 hot dogs, waited an hour and when they arrived they were cold.
