What else can you want? Great location, with a private beach with beautiful white sand and transparent water. Great service: you can order whatever you want, wherever you are. Dreams Cancun's best quality is the amazing service. As soon as we arrived, we were served champagne while checking in. No matter if you tip or not, the staff is so nice and their kindness seems genuine. Also, the food is really good ! I want to start with the small list of negatives about the hotel. Our room service experience was horrible. We ordered 2 hot dogs, waited an hour and when they arrived they were cold.
