My only complaint is that this is an old building and the rooms are outdated. we had some issues with our dolphin excursion. i was bad weather and we where not even allowed on beaches. i explained me fear and was told not to worry from both dolphius manager and dreams manager that i would get my money returned because of the poor condtions, that was there policy. We have stayed at "Dreams Cancun" a couple times and every time has been fantastic. The last time we were there my husband and I renewed our marraige vows. Everything was perfect. We were at Dreams Cancun a few years ago. I loved everything about the resort but the swimming pool area. Not enoug loung chairs for everyone. The pool was not very elegant. The worst part was the music. They played valger rap music on volume 10 every day. Will not go back to Dreams. The pool was a nightmare. More

I would rate Dreams lower except for the fact that the location is probably the most breathtaking ocean view in Cancun. The hotel is located on a point that juts out into the ocean.
