We were there for 4 days and truly enjoyed the resort. The staff is so supportive starting from the door man to the concierge. We were greeted well by the reception and taken to our rooms. The restaurants inside provides the best food ever. The beaches are also kept neat and everything about the resort is great! More

Staff at the hotel were really nice. They even take you in a car and drop you at your room with your luggage because the property is so big. It's in a nice quiet area of the Hotel Zone. Only downside is it's far from any malls / restaurants so have to take the bus to eat out. Our room... More

I was here for two weeks after Thanksgiving, into December of 2011. Beaches great. Room GREAT, I thought the pool was chilly and mentioned it...they turned up the temp and made me happy.
