Our room wasn't in the best part of the hotel. We were on the third floor with a beautiful view of the roof. Other family members had a great view from the top floor. We were extremely jealous. If you want a view, don't stay in a lower floor, or at least not on the north side of the building.... more

We were at the Hilton 10-01-09 thru 10-06-09. This is our fourth time here and while we have always had wonderful rooms, we upgraded to the Villa's this time and it is well worth the money. The Hilton Cancun is one of the nicer resorts, located in the southern part of the Hotel Zone. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is very nice and tranquil.
