We stayed at the sun 11/18 to 11/24 and let me tell everyone this was the best experience we ever had, we felt like queens, we had it all good services good staff good everything. I would recommend this resort, it had all the ammenities that one needs. It was away from down town but it was only peso's to catch the bus and go. I travelled with a girl friend and we met the nicest staff and they treated us like royalty. As well as the people we met I have remained friends with.... more

Sun Palace (SP) was Excelente’. Spent 10 days at SP and found the staff, service and property to be consistently outstanding. The food is very good in each of the 4 restaurants and provides plenty of variety (Mexican, Steak, Italian, Asian) as is the room service 24x7 and it is all included! We just returned after a bout with Hurricane Ida. We arrived on Saturday just as Ida was bearing down on Cancun. We spent Sat. & Sunday inside the hotel.
