“A PLACE WITH LOTS OF MEMORY”

The Hard rock hotel is awesome known for the quality and services. the quality of the room is excellent. my strong recommendation is when you make trip to cancun be a part of HARD ROCK HOTEL .Which is very close to coco bongo.swimming pool and the view from room facing ocean and lagoon are excellent

“Nice rooms, beautiful beach, mediocre service”

I had multiple negative interactions with staff, mostly over bad service. Had breakfast twice, managed to finish my entire meal without ever receiving my requested glass of water. “Very good resort”

The only complaint is the pool area , I had to get up everyday at approx 6am to be able to get chairs around the pool for my family . Other than that it was great. Food was very good for all inclusive
