Expedia booking didn't go through for the Oasis Cancun, we spent a night at a crappy hotel and I finally remembered there was a Best Western somewhere. Well that's how we spent 6 nights in the Cancun Clipper. Everything was full or too pricy. We had about $100 a night and we were about 4min walk from Cancun's nightlife area.... more

We stayed here for 2 days at the end of our vacation and was happy with choice. It like 80*s style and a bit worn...but thats the charm. Great service and security..and good location for everyone. The pool area was clean and had a nice garden surrounding. Good food at the restaurant and not expensive;) Pack your bags and go!! more

My husband and I stayed for two nights in the beginning if April and enjoyed our stay. We were prepared for the fact that this was not a 5 star hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the grounds were. We strolled along the lagoon and through the grounds and they are very well maintained. It has a nice... more

The hotel is a perfect hotel for party junkies who party all night long and then sleep on the beach. There is a club that plays techno music all night long until 7:00am. If you are planning to rest forget about it! You will be woken up at 3:00am by the sound of the bass drum. In addition, there is... more

The Clipper Club is very conveniently located within the heart of the Cancun hotel zone, just off the main drag. If you are in a room in the south block of the hotel, as we were, you will be entertained by the deep booming sounds of an all-night disco from within the heart of the party zone, which is our... more

I love Mexico and the great people there; friendly and courteous, especially when you are a tourist! Our first time in Cancun although not the first in the area since we have been to Cozumel years before. I loved the place, especially venturing out of the hotel zone site seeing and eating authentic Yucatin and Mexican foods, great restaurants at... more

This is not a Best Western hotel anymore. When I checked in it was and when I had problems the next day the front desk told me it was no longer a Best Western. The room we stayed in was ok, not BW standards. The southern rooms get to hear the thudding of the outdoor bars music all night until... more

We booked a room at the BW Clipper Club for a single night as we waited for a room to open on Isla Mujeres. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel coordinator who asked how long we were staying and what we wanted to see. Since we wanted to go south to see ruins, they arranged a rental... more

Stayed at this hotel for one week with my husband and my parents. Had a suite- which was really one regular room and one room with a kitchenette. We all thought that it was OK. The place definitely had a Mexican feel to it, with the decorations and the tile work. It's not a five star resort, but it was... more

Before traveling to Cancun, I read other reviews on this hotel with a bit of skecpticism; however, after having been there, my advice is "Believe It." We had three rooms, three baths, and a kitchenette. The AC was too cold in one room (controls didn't work) and not cold enough in another room. One shower had only cold water. Only... more
