There is NOT water at night time.... if you call to reception they put you in hold for a long time and never call u back... I just came back from my week long Cancun vacation. The hotel really nice and clean. I tipped the front desk guy $40 and got upgraded to a ocean front room which was awesome. Beautiful, friendly, reasonabley priced, peaceful, immactulately clean. The rooms were fantastic, clean and bright. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind, really genuine people. Location was perfect, 10 minute stroll or 2 minute bus ride to the main strip (buses costs about 20c and are along every minute) when you want to live it up in town.... more

Beautiful all around- beach, room, grounds, city. Get comfortable walking shoes. Lots of cobble stone around the facility. Great italian restaurant right across the street! more

For $54 a night, you really couldn't ask for much better (I booked via Orbitz). The location was great, the pools were great, the beach was very nice, my room was beautiful with a great ocean view. stayed here with my family and sister's family mid August...beautiful rooms with modern furnishings and oceanfront rooms....convenient cafe near lobby offering drinks/sandwiches/bagels/fruits/yogurt...bus pick up right in front of hotel to bring you to walmart (bus r-2) stock up on goodies more

Beautiful rooms in the new wing ,attentive staff ,nice pools ,central location right in the middle of the zona hoteleira..but also in front of a weird looking night club..tiny beach ..they should improve breakfast quality, room service options ,and have a sauna! more
