Great hotel, great location. You can walk to a "shopping/eating" center in about 15 minutes........all flat. We were there for a few days over Thanksgiving and it was perfect weather and not at all busy. Hired a car which I would DEFINITELY recommend if you want o get around. Roads and drivers are very safe......much better than our US cities!!... more

I went to Cancun with my husband for vacation , the hotel is beautiful but it has the worse service. There is NOT water at night time.... if you call to reception they put you in hold for a long time and never call u back... I just came back from my week long Cancun vacation. The hotel really nice and clean. I tipped the front desk guy $40 and got upgraded to a ocean front room which was awesome. Beautiful, friendly, reasonabley priced, peaceful, immactulately clean. The rooms were fantastic, clean and bright. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind, really genuine people. Location was perfect, 10 minute stroll or 2 minute bus ride to the main strip (buses costs about 20c and are along every minute) when you want to live it up in town.... more

Beautiful all around- beach, room, grounds, city. Get comfortable walking shoes. Lots of cobble stone around the facility. Great italian restaurant right across the street! more
